Avon Adds to Global Marketing Team
Avon Products Inc. announced two key hires by its global marketing team. Joe Feczko has joined the division as group vice president of global design, while Donna Campanella is now executive director of global media.“The addition of Joe Feczko and Donna Campanella underscores Avon’s commitment to elevating our brand image and increasing our investment in advertising—important components of our Sustainable Growth turnaround plan,” said Geralyn Breig, senior vice president and global brand president of Avon.
In his newly created position, Feczko is responsible for Avon’s global image, overseeing everything from corporate identity and package design to creative development of Avon’s brochure. Previous to joining Avon, Feczko was executive vice president and chief creative officer for Federated Department Stores. In prior years, Feczko served as senior vice president of marketing for Neiman Marcus, as well as vice president of visual presentations for Bloomingdales.
As executive director of global media, Campanella oversees Avon’s media planning and buying process.
