Glenroy Wins Printing Awards
Glenroy Inc. (Menomonee Falls, WI) was recently honored with printing-industry awards from both the Printing Industries of Wisconsin and the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA).
In the category of Wide Web/Line/Film, FTA presented Glenroy with a gold award for the supplier’s work Alberto-Culver’s V05 Hot Protein packaging. For the product, Glenroy was able to achieve metallic coloring using the foil in the substrate, without using metallic inks.
The Printing Industries of Wisconsin also presented Glenroy with an award for the same Alberto V05 product—the best of category award in the Flexo/Wide Web/Line category. In the same competition, Glenroy also received excellence awards in the Flexo/Wide Web/Process category for its work for Humphreys Teething Relief, Palmer’s Cocoa Butter lotion, and Palmer’s Olive Butter lotion.
