Show Coverage: Cosmoprof Asia
A reorganized show floor will help attendees find their way.
Those attending the 12th edition of Cosmoprof Asia, taking place November 14–16 in Hong Kong, will find a newly organized show floor. According to officials, the reorganization was necessary in order to ensure that the event is easy for attendees to navigate as the show’s size continues to grow.
Nearly 1200 exhibitors will showcase their wares in the 46,000-sq-ft space. Most of the trade show is divided into three pavilions. The Pack pavilion will be of most interest to packaging professionals. This pavilion, located in Halls 2 and 3, will include package designers, packaging and machinery suppliers, contract and private-label manufacturers, and providers of raw and semiprocessed materials.
Cosmoprof Asia’s other two main pavilions are the Retail-Distribution Pavilion and the Hair & Beauty Salon Pavilion. The Retail-Distribution Pavilion will feature perfumes, cosmetics, and toiletries, as well as accessories and items for store merchandising. In the Hair & Beauty Salon Pavilion, visitors will find spa products, nail care items, hair care products, and salon furnishings and equipment.
In addition to the three pavilions, Cosmoprof Asia will also feature pavilions organized by country. The newest country pavilion is South Africa, which will feature unique products made from ingredients typically found in the region.
The Cosmoprof Asia show will be colocated with The Natural Health Fair, which is geared toward manufacturers and suppliers of natural health products.
Cosmoprof Asia will take place at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Center. Nearly 40,000 visitors are expected to attend from more than 100 countries and regions.
