Show Coverage: Southpack
This Georgia-based packaging trade show will combine five shows in one.
Packaging professionals won’t want to miss the upcoming SouthPack trade show. From design to production, every aspect of the packaging process will be addressed at the South’s largest manufacturing event.
SouthPack’s exhibitors will showcase their latest offerings in packaging components such as bottles, cartons, cans, jars, tubes, and vials. For those seeking packaging equipment, exhibitors will display machinery for labeling, cartoning, coding, converting, filling, decorating, molding, wrapping, and more. Exhibitors will also present automated solutions for lean manufacturing, cost reduction, and enhanced productivity. Robotics, software, and services for packaging will also be covered. A partial list of exhibitors is located at right.
This year, SouthPack has added two more shows to its program—Powder & Bulk Solids Southeast and the Advanced Manufacturing Expo/Automation Technology Expo South. Together, the co-located shows, along with PLASTEC South and Design & Manufacturing South, will offer visitors a comprehensive five-in-one show for packaging solutions.
“Our co-location strategy was implemented to offer decision makers the widest range of solutions for their manufacturing expertise,” says Kevin O’Keefe, vice president of events for Canon Communications llc, the organizer of SouthPack.
A biennial event, SouthPack’s exhibition will take place at Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center on April 24–26. Conferences will take place April 23–26. For more information, visit www.southpackshow.com.
