Fragrance Caps

Surlyn overcaps were created for Pure White Linen, an updated version of Estée Lauder’s classic White Linen fragrance. The one-piece caps were imparted with texture in the mold. The supplier produces injection-molded packaging components for the cosmetic and fragrance industries. It specializes in both stock and custom packaging. Caps, Pumps

A supplier calls itself a one-stop shop for marketers looking for both fragrance pumps and caps. Now integrated with Rexam Cosmetic Closures, the company offers stock and custom fragrance caps and decorated custom collars, along with a wide variety of fine-mist spray assemblies. Rexam Dispensing Systems’ new organization is supported by design, engineering, and manufacturing facilities in France and the United States. Overcaps (pictured) were created for Liz Claiborne’s Liz fragrance line. With a plastic inner piece, the caps feature UV lacquering and a brushed finish created in-mold. Puma’s Work of Art

Puma’s Create fragrance and aftershave packages were fashioned in the shape of an artist’s oil-paint tube. To complement the unique bottle, a shiny silver deep-drawn aluminum cap was created with grooves to mimic the look of an oil-paint tube cap. The bottle stands upside-down on the cap. Thick-Walled Surlyn

One of a supplier’s French divisions produced the rectangular cap for the Dior Homme aftershave lotion. According to the company, the cap is the thickest-walled Surlyn component the division has ever produced. A black polyethylene rectangular part was overmolded on top of the Surlyn cap. Tottle Closure

Flip-Top Jar Lids

Flip-top jar lids eliminate the need for customers to unscrew a lid from a jar. The lids are available for a supplier’s 4- and 8-oz low-profile PET jars. They are offered in 70-400 and 89-400 neck finishes. The biinjection-molded polypropylene single-piece lids feature a crab-claw sealing system. Caps are available in a range of custom colors. Conical Caps
