Plastic Ampule

A firm has introduced a smaller-sized version of its plastic ampule. The new ampule is designed for products that require an ampule size that ranges between the firm’s standard 2- and 5-ml ampule sizes. A range of applicator tips is available, including tips that are designed to apply product to a large surface area, a cylindrical tip with a centered hole for enhanced product flow, tapered tips for precise topical applications, and a series of brush applicator tips made in a variety of materials and styles. Keltec Dispensers

A supplier has introduced its new Keltec dispenser line. The Keltec Light and Star dispensers feature bellows technology and feature fewer parts to make the dispenser more cost-efficient. The Keltec HH and TT foam dispensers are designed with a double-action chamber for optimal foam dispensing. The foam dispensers are fashioned to be waterproof and to prevent the dispensers’ metal parts from coming in contact with the product. The firm can provide a variety of bottles for the foam pumps. Prefilled Applicators

Patented prefilled swab applicators are a convenient delivery system for private-label cosmetic and personal care products. The packaging is designed to be contaminant-free, easy to use, and to facilitate precise application. Each swab can hold 0.15 ml of product. The swabs are packaged in groups of 12, 24, 36, or 72. Each swab can be individually packaged in a polypropylene wrap. While these swabs are suited for low-viscosity products, the supplier offers other delivery systems for high-viscosity products such as gels, creams, and lotions. The Portable Anti-Clog pump is part of a supplier’s line of fine-mist sprayers and dispensing pumps. Designed to distribute product in a fine mist, the Portable Anti-Clog pump offers portability and ease of use. It features a relocking door that keeps product from leaking and also prevents the dispenser’s orifice from clogging with residual product. A 360º spray feature is also available for the dispenser. Amenity Bottles

A new line of small-sized bottles is suited for amenity products for the hotel, salon, spa, aromatherapy, cosmetic, and personal care markets. Made from clear PET, the bottles are available in five shapes, including round, oblong, and rectangle. Sizes range from 1 to 1.5 oz. Disc-top and flip-top dispensing closures can also be provided.
