Custom Bottle Inc. has announced that founder Rob Lerman has sold his interest in the company. He will continue to run ebottles.com, which he owns fully. Barry Lerman is now CEO of Custom Bottle, and has a new business partner, Rick Allen, the company's COO.

Cindy Cirlin has joined Cosmolab (Lewisburg, TN) as vice president of new product development. Cirlin has more than 20 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, with companies such as Revlon, L'Oréal, and Estée Lauder.

DKSH North America Inc. (Baltimore), a materials and services supplier to the cosmetics and personal care industries, has named Sherilee J. Host as its product manager for cosmetic ingredients.
Color and additive masterbatch supplier Clariant Masterbatches (Muttenz, Switzerland) has announced that Steve Snow is now senior vice president and is responsible for all of the firm's operations in North America. Prior to his promotion, Snow served as vice president, general manager, for the company's western U.S. region. Reporting to Snow will be Jim Brinks and Bill Crawford who will manage the western and eastern United States, respectively. In addition, Dragos Gavriluta will oversee the Canadian market. Snow replaces John Clarke, who has been appointed North American region head for Clariant's sister division, Pigments & Additives.
The Andrew Jergens Co. has changed its name to Kao Brands Co. In addition, the company's wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary, Jergens Canada Inc., is now Kao Brands Canada Inc. John Frieda Professional Hair Care Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Kao Brands Co., is being dissolved. Its business and assets are being transferred to Kao Brands Co. The new Kao Brands Co. portfolio includes Jergens lotions and cleansing products; Curél hand and body lotions; Bioré facial care products; Ban antiperspirants; and John Frieda and Guhl hair-care products.
