WestPack 2005

Packaging professionals won't want to miss WestPack 2005. On January 10–12, the West Coast's premiere packaging trade show returns to the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA. Beauty packaging professionals should take special note of the show's Cosmetic and Personal Care Packaging Pavilion, sponsored by CPC Packaging.

In the Cosmetic and Personal Care Packaging Pavilion, visitors can source a wide array of resources for their beauty packaging needs. Among the items displayed will be components such as bags, blister packaging, bottles, cartons, closures, dispensers, jars, sample packages, and tubes. The pavilion's exhibitors will also include those who specialize in decorations for packages, including ribbons, labels, and decorating services. Other services, such as contract filling, contract manufacturing, and contract packaging, will also be highlighted.

"The West Coast's manufacturing base for cosmetic and personal care products continues to grow. This is one of the factors contributing to the success of the upcoming Cosmetic and Personal Care Packaging Pavilion at WestPack in attracting leading suppliers from around the country," says Diane O'Connor, director, trade shows, for Canon Communications llc.

As for its conferences, WestPack turns its eye toward various supply-chain issues this year.

The show's hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on January 10 and 11, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on January 12. For more information on WestPack and registration details, visit www.westpackshow.com or contact Canon Communications llc, trade show division, at 310/445-4200.
