Multilayer Options
The new multi-layer extrusion blow molding pro-cess creates opti-cal effects, such as the ano-dized and soft touch look in plastic bottles. The interior layer usually consists of a virgin material; the middle layer, a virgin or PRC material and the outside layer hold the special effects components such as iridescent pigments. Millennium Round
Millennium Rounds, produced in HDPE, PVC and PETG, are available in three-, four-, eight-, 10-, 12- and 16oz. sizes. This new round is available with 24-410 and 24-415 finishes, allowing for a wide variety of closure options. The gently contoured shoulder area blends with today's new look in dispensing closures. Soft-Touch
The Soft-Touch Lexington Round is available in two-, four-, eight- and 16oz. sizes. This tri-layer bottle with an inner layer composed of HDPE and an outer layer in Motell soft-touch resin presents the illusion of a frosted bottle with a satin-like texture. Tapered Profile
The Marco Ovals were designed specifically for a bi-injected closure that has a slightly tapered profile. Starting its silhouette at the bottom of the closure, the bottle shape tapers softly down to a graceful curve that drapes just over the footed bottom of the bottle. Harmonizing Lines
The new Adelphi was designed to harmonize with the very essence of the product it holds, with carefully molded curves that are continued throughout the shape of the bottle. The bottle is extrusion blow molded and was configured to allow for an elegant posture, in spite of generous decorating area and solid surface grip. Clear Polymers
Elegante polymers is a new family of PET resins specifically formulated to meet the unique requirements of cosmetic and personal care packaging. Elegante polymers offer glass-like benefits such as water clarity, brightness and sparkle as well as chemical resistance. The material is easy to process in a broad range of container designs, including thick walled containers. Convenient Oblong
Four-oz. oblong bottles are available in 20-410 finish and are molded in LDPE. The bottles can be silk-screened in up to four colors.
