Spray Cap:
The Indiana spray cap is a creation designed to enhance any bottle shape from classic to whimsical, and is engineered to fit most standard 15ml crimp-style spray pumps. A frosted surlyn silhouette captures a polypropylene inner that can be custom colored to client preferences. Tooling is standardized, and the minimum purchase quantity is 10,000 pieces. Foundation Stick:
Revlon used a custom-developed oversized foundation stick for its new MoistureStay line. An airtight closing system was achieved by using a special resin mix that ensures a flawless fit between the cape and the base in this round stick. Made of PP, it was developed by applying gold-colored aluminum shells and a SAN shade plaque on a stock item. The shell features Revlon's distinctive "ribsÓ detailing as decoration. LIR-USA
Makeup Bottles:
A new line of PET liquid makeup bottles offers clarity of glass combined with the safety and economics of plastic. The finish of the 1.25oz bottle is either translucent or opaque, and is available in both round and oval shapes. Stock Treatment:
Pack Lisbon, a distinctive new standard for skin care creams, lotions and body sprays has just been developed. An injection blow molded, polypropylene inner bottle was assembled into a SAN outer shell, with an ABS collar and foot. The first size in the line has a 40ml capacity with a screw-on pump dispenser. Molded Cap:
Procter & Gamble selected a specially molded cap for its new fragrance line, Herve Leger. The cap, fashioned by overmolding a transparent material onto an electroplated injection-molded insert, brings a jewel-like appearance to the package. Hot stamped with the Herve Leger name, the shadowed letters enhance an already upscale, elegant appearance. Sampler Bottles:
A new line of amenities/sampler bottles in PETG includes three one oz. bottles, two of which are round, one oval. The two round styles are Bell Rounds; the Fluted Bell has a 15-415 finish and the Bell Round an 18-415 finish. The oval bottle is from the Vale line, with a 18-415 finish. 15ml Bottle:

Aerosol Can:
This specially developed aluminum can has two outstanding features, the first of which is a tapered cone shape 192mm high, 50mm in diameter at the base and 30mm in the neck.
